Anti-Inflammation

The Truth About Anti Inflammation

Gluten, Dairy, and Fish Oil

I’m sure you’ve heard - or maybe even implemented - certain dietary restrictions in order to prevent inflammation. That’s great! There are some really good benefits from eliminating foods that you have sensitivities to or taking fish oil as a way to get more omega 3’s.

BUT…

What if I told you there was a more powerful way to create anti inflammation on a cellular level? Sounds pretty cool right? Better yet, it’s FREE.

Are you ready to hear what it is?

Here you go…

The number 1 anti inflammation power house is…

Based on current events, trends and sayings, I tap into today's culture and climate...in a funny and sarcastic way. My characters are original and many have their own social following. Enjoy!

Being in a caloric deficit!

Say what?!?! Underwhelming? Feel a bit cheated out of that one?

I’ll try to make it sound a little more glamorous for you. When you’re in a caloric deficit you are less likely to have an overflow of bad blood markers make it into your system.

Think of your daily intake of fats as a cup of water. Your body only has a certain amount of fats that it can utilize for building blocks before that glass starts to overflow and that overflow is what turns into bad cholesterol or other bad lipid biomarkers, because your body has to do something with that excess energy.

Same goes for carbs. You only have a certain amount each day that your body can utilize before your body’s blood sugar gets too high, which is really bad for heart inflammation.

Both of these things (high blood sugar and LDL’s) are more detrimental for inflammation on a cellular level than any gluten, dairy, or other type of food will ever create in your body.

Being in a caloric deficit and having a low body fat percentage tells us that your body is most likely utilizing your daily calories for GOOD things and not creating an overflow of BAD things that go into your bloodstream.

Also, being in a caloric deficit and having a low body fat percentage is the number one life extension hack, too. It has been shown in many mice studies that ones that had limited caloric consumption versus ones that did not, dramatically increased their lifespan.

Some of you may be thinking that living longer doesn’t sound too great if you have to be in a caloric deficit the whole time #hunger.

See, humans have a really great capacity to create new proteins and building blocks for our bodies to survive and thrive. It also doesn’t have a cut off point. The more you eat, the more adipose tissue you will create. The body is always looking to store as much energy as possible because your ancestor’s DNA was wired to eat as much as possible when food was available because there were going to be times when they wouldn’t be able to eat much.

However, as we get older, our bodies aren’t able to organize new DNA like it used to. The DNA starts to get ugly, disorganized, and deformed which leads to the cellular mutations that create cancer and other diseases.

Higher levels of body fat as you age means you’ll be more likely to have high blood sugar, high lipids, and a lower capability of organizing DNA the way it’s supposed to be. So ideally, you don’t want to feed your body more than it needs for building blocks.

Ever heard of the monks that live really long?

People are always looking for an explanation as to why they live so long. Is it the food they eat? The way they live? Where they live?

They live so long because they are so freaking lean and practice fasting regularly. They pretty much live off of dandelion soup and green tea.

There is no magical food, compound, or thing that they eliminate that makes them live so long. Your body is not meant to have excess. Plain and simple.

There are really healthy things that happen to your body when in a caloric deficit or when you’re fasting. You purge cancerous cells, your blood lipids improve, and your blood sugar lowers. All of which are the most important inflammation markers that you should be looking out for.

The funny thing is...most people will invest more money into cholesterol medications, insulin, or supplements to try and improve these things than rather than using their own willpower into leaning out and controlling caloric intake.

Why? Because it’s not glamorous, fun, or sexy. It doesn’t sell (because it’s free, duh).

Just know that you always have that low hanging fruit right in front of you to help you steer clear of bad health and the like.

So? How’s your inflammation?
