Hi, we are All Terrain Fitness.

A community of people looking to improve fitness for their lifestyle. We are creating fitness for function, purpose, and fun.

How do we do that? By making sure every muscle is doing the job it was designed for, your cardiovascular system is healthy, and your physiology is taken care of by your nutrition.

 

We take a different approach than most online fitness companies:

We don’t lecture you on what form of fitness you should be doing. Instead, we show you how to improve your biomechanics, hydration, and nutrition to only amplify your results in whatever fitness domain you do. Your fitness should feed your lifestyle, make life fun, and bring you happiness. That’s what we’re here to show you!

We don’t accept age, sex, or any other excuse as to why you can’t create a resilient, more robust, and thriving body. Anything can be improved with a little prioritization and elbow grease. Everyone encounters barriers, but we want to help you overcome those obstacles. Once the work is put in and results had, life and everything else becomes better.

We bring you best practices through trial and tribulation so you don’t have to go through the same pain staking process. Instead of having to experiment with what works, we provide you with evidence based methods that have helped us and many of our clients take their health and well being to the next level.

We know you have plenty of choices out there for fitness but we want you to train with a purpose. Athletes don’t train randomly and neither should you. Create the mission for what you want to improve and don’t stop for anything until you get there.

When you think of an all terrain vehicle you think of something that is raw, gritty, and dirty. Something that plows through the snow, barrels through mud, and entices you take the unbeaten path.

That’s our mindset when it comes to our fitness for us and all of our athletes. Your body should be mobile, stable, & strong. You should have enough fitness to accomplish anything that you want at anytime (and the best part - that can constantly evolve and change).

Not only that, being All Terrain means being in it for the long haul. Our goal is to teach everyone the fundamentals that it takes to stay moving for a lifetime. If we take care of our bodies they will take care of us, in more ways than one.

Finally, being All Terrain means taking your fitness outside of the gym every now and then, trying new things that make you nervous and gets the blood pumping.

Learning how to create a healthy lifestyle will not only improve your quality of life but also those around you. You will be able to pass it along to your kids and help them create a life full of movement and joy. Not only that, but it will allow you to be right alongside your kids (or dogs or family) to join in on the fun when the time comes.
